We've added dynamic filters to our results page which make it easy to control the quotes that are displayed.

These filters enable you to narrow the results by interest rate, APR, closing fees, monthly payment, lender location, and first time home buyer eligibility. By default, we will show you all of the results that meet your criteria.

Lender location and first time home buyer were moved from the search criteria so you no longer need to perform separate searches to adjust these variables. All you need to do is adjust these filters to your desired setting and the results will automatically be adjusted to your specifications. Simply drag the circles on either end to customize the range of results shown. If you want to show all results, reset links are included at both the top and bottom of the filters.

Our new side-by-side comparison feature allows you to easily view the details for up to 4 products in a convenient, side-by-side table. All of the applicable details are listed for each quote. You can use the new feature by checking the box in the "Compare Quotes" column on the far right of the rate results page. When your products are selected, click the "Compare Selected Quotes" link at the top of the rate results page.

The additional details for a product have been moved inline so you no longer need to open pop-up windows to view the additional details.

To see details for a quote, simply click the "Show Details" link for that result. A new section will open on the page showing the closing fees, payment stream, and ARM Details (for Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Products). When you are finished with the details simply click the "Close" or "Hide Details" links to minimize the section.

You'll also notice that we've used a new technology for the About and Contact information, so that all of the information stays in a single browser window.
